Paanch Pokhari Trek: A 7Days-6 Nights Himalayan Pilgrimage

Paanch Pokhari Trek: A 7Days-6 Nights Himalayan Pilgrimage

Paanch Pokhari is a group of 5 holy lakes in the Sindhupalchok District of Nepal. It is the 9th-highest-altitude wetland in the world. ‘Paanch’ means five, and “Pokhari” means the pond. In English, Paanch Pokhari can be called ‘Five Ponds’, which are the sacred ponds. This pond lies at an altitude of 4,100m above sea level.

Paanch Pokhari offers an excellent view of the Himalaya and pristine nature, with a distinct culture as its attraction of the trek. Bhadra Purnima is a day of great importance here, during which huge numbers of devotees visit here in traditional dresses.

This itinerary is thoughtfully designed for a memorable and enriching experience, balancing the physical challenge of the trek with opportunities for cultural discovery and scenic awe.
