Paldor Peak and Tsum Valley Trek - 25 Days

Paldor Peak and Tsum Valley Trek

Paldor Peak is located to the northwest of Kathmandu on the border between the districts of Rasuwa and Dhading. The peak lies in the Ganesh Himal Range and is a part of Langtang National Park. It is a perfect vantage point to view the magnificent mountains in the Ganesh Himal Range, Langtang Range and the Manaslu Range. The trek also provides you with the opportunity to observe and experience culturally rich villages, especially of the Tamang and Gurung communities.

After summiting the Paldor Peak, the trek will continue towards Tsum Valley, a culturally rich Tibetan Buddhist valley located in the district of Gorkha. It lies in the Manaslu Conservation Area. Also known as the Hidden Treasure Valley due to its remoteness and pristine nature, it is said to have been a meditation site for Milarepa, a famous Tibetan Yogi.
